Why our fences outlast the neighbors'
The panel is the easy part. The post line is the fence.
In this climate, fences fail in three places: shallow footings, unreinforced gate posts, and hardware that was never rated for salt air. All three are decisions made on estimate day, not in year eight.
We size post depth and footing diameter to the approved product literature for your fence height, insert aluminum stiffeners in vinyl gate frames, and use stainless or marine-coated fasteners east of US-1. Then we document it so your inspection passes the first time.

Fence Permit Requirements in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach: What Actually Gets Approved
Nearly every fence in these three counties needs a permit, and the reason applications get rejected is almost never the fence itself. It is the survey, the height at the front setback, or a missing HOA letter.

What areas does Bright Fence serve?
We install and repair fencing throughout Miami-Dade County, Broward County and Palm Beach County, from Florida City and Homestead in the south to Jupiter and Tequesta in the north, including every municipality in between.
Do you pull the permit and handle HOA approval?
Yes. Every project includes the fence permit under our license, the survey markup and wind-load detail the building department requires, the architectural review package for your association, and meeting the inspector at final.
How much does a fence cost in South Florida?
Most residential projects run $18 to $30 per linear foot for chain link, $28 to $40 for wood, $38 to $62 for 6-foot vinyl privacy and $42 to $60 for aluminum, installed. Coral rock, hand-dig-only access, demolition and gate count are the main variables.
How soon can you start?
Estimates are usually same week. Installation timing depends on permit review and material lead time, which in most municipalities puts a standard residential fence three to six weeks out from signed contract.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are a licensed and insured fence contractor and we provide certificates of insurance naming your association or property owner when required.
Ready for a straight answer and a fair price?
Same-week estimates across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. We pull the permit, handle HOA approval and meet the inspector.
